With regard to home or office network (usually ethernet or coaxially cabled, and/or Wi-Fi) technical issues:

Please ensure you’ve initially contacted your Internet Service Provider (ISP), e.g. to determine if your connectivity issue is on their end or your end. If it’s then suspected to be on your end, please contact us! If we determine it is still an ISP issue and or we’re not able to determine and fix the root problem (again, if NOT ISP related), there will be no charge! In other words, if it’s on your end and we can’t fix it, it’s free.
